Caroline is an experienced lobbyist and a dedicated Senior Executive. She is a strategic and action-oriented leader with 24 years of experience in public affairs, international trade negotiations and management (people, issues and projects) in private, public and associative sectors. She has strong communications, negotiations, and networking skills with unique diplomatic and Board experience. She has worked at the international, national, regional and municipale levels. Her positions in Ottawa, Brussels and Geneva, as well as 5 years at a multinational manufacturing company, have given her a global perspective and a great understanding of world politics and economics.
